<div>One of my favorite memories of summer vacation is once I was in college and my grandparents</div>
<div>came to my home and they took me to Hyderabad with them. I like and love my grandparents so</div>

<div>makes tasty dishes and every time serves them with great love and enthusiasm. When I was on</div>
<div>that summer vacation at my grandparents&amp;#39; house I learned my mother tongue Telugu she taught</div>
<div>me to write, read and speak this language. I enjoyed this very much.</div>
<div>There are so many other relatives I visit and talk with that they feel happy that I have come to</div>
<div>meet them.</div>
<div>Once my dad took me on vacation to Goa. There are different churches and some Indian</div>
<div>temples, there are lots of beaches we enjoyed, there were beautiful waterfalls, Goa is such a</div>
<div>beautiful place I enjoyed this trip.</div>
<div>My uncle took me to adlabs imagica it is a adventure sports park with lots of rides there is one</div>
<div>ride which is very big and thrilling it goes up and down.</div>
<div>I went in that ride three four times after that we also went to haunted house but I was little bit</div>
<div>scared there my uncle and me went there but someone just put hand on my back from haunted</div>
<div>house.</div>
<div>There is aqua imagica in which there lots of water rides where I like water rides very much but</div>
<div>there was a rule in that with children adults should also go in that rides.</div>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I Rubeena Mohammed, in my View Health is the most important resource of any human being or living creature. Not only in today’s era but also in the olden times health was considered as the greatest Wealth as “Health is Wealth”.</p>
<p>If I take you to my grand ma’s recipes, I can easily say that, the recipes prepared by our granny use to be so much of health beneficials to that as add-ons we taste her love and affection too into it, then it becomes much healthier flavored with natural ingredients, tasty, delicious food.</p>
<p>In today’s time we all got habited to eat outside, where its only cooked to earn more money so the natural ingredients of our mother’s or granny’s added flavor always missed into it.</p>
<p>So, in my opinion give your highest priority to home food first rather than the outside food. Yes we can occasionally go for outside food too.</p>
<p>The food we eat and drink should be cleansed properly, because what we become is with the things we intake,</p>
<p>i,e; Food, Water and Air.</p>
<p>Let’s discuss upon these 3 major food components of our life.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Food:</strong> When it comes to eating habits, one should always go for healthy eating habits, mostly give the highest priority to the raw foods that are directly grown on trees. Like Fruits and green Leafy Vegies than the deeply cooked and fried foods.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li><strong>Water: O</strong>ur body is made of majorly 70% of water consumed by our brain. So importance of drinking pure and adequate amount of water by each one of us.</li>
</ul>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Air: We </strong>inhale about 11,000 liters of oxygen per day. It is written in the divine books the amount of consumption of air, water and food into our body on the daily basis is almost <strong>4-</strong>5 liters of water and approximate collection of all nutrients we build our healthy body.</li>
</ul>
<p> </p>
<p>Best way to maintain our divine Wellness is through Health. Here I would like to explain the benefits of deep breathing.</p>
<p>“Inhaling and exhaling deeply can help quell stress, which may mitigate symptoms of various chronic diseases.”</p>
<p>When it comes to improving our health, many of us focus on areas we can easily quantify and track, such as how many carbs or calories we consume or how many times we exercise each week. Although it may be harder to measure, reducing and managing stress is a key component of staying healthy.</p>
<p>Chronic stress has been linked to heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, depression, and anxiety, according to the National Institute of Mental Health.</p>
<h2>Deep Breathing Can Signal Your Body To Relax</h2>
<p>It’s important to note that breathing exercises are a complementary therapy, says Dr. Lin. “Deep breathing should not replace any of the other medicines or interventions that your doctor recommends,” she says. Put differently, deep breathing is not an alternative therapy.</p>
<p>There’s a lot to recommend deep breathing as a complementary therapy, says Baxter Bell, MD, a former family doctor who now teaches yoga and practices medical acupuncture. “There really aren’t any side effects, and breath exercises can be accessed any time of the day. It’s very empowering to be able to use breathing to help reduce stress and improve focus,” he says. </p>

<p><strong>How Stress Can Impact Disease</strong></p>
<p>According to a previous study, an estimated 60 to 80 percent of primary care doctor visits are related to stress, and yet only 3 percent of patients receive stress management help.</p>

<p>Stress affects most health conditions, says Philip Barr, MD, a board-certified integrative health doctor and staff physician at Global Cardio Care in Los Angeles. “Basically, our nervous system flows to every tissue in the body. If the stress side of our nervous system is overactive, it literally affects every tissue in our body; any kind of disorder that is already going on in that organ system can be made worse by stress,” he says.</p>
<p>As with exercise or meditation, deep breathing will be most beneficial if you treat it as a daily practice, says Lin. “It can help in the moment — I’ve had patients who were anxious lower [their] blood pressure and heart rate significantly with just a minute of deep breathing. However, you will have the most benefit if you practice regularly,” she says. This will help your body will recognize what you are doing and be more responsive,” she adds.</p>

<p>Since the past three years, words like New normal, work from home, sanitization, online meets have taken over our tongue and our and our day-to-day activities. This new normal has revolved the way we look at our lives. It is always said “Change is inevitable” but did anyone wonder how drastic this change would be?</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The whole world had paused for a virus we couldn’t even see and this invisible monster ate away so many live and got such a disaster. Did anybody ever imagine this? Even in such hard times we had to maintain 2-meter distance and our smiles would be covered under our masks. Has anyone thought big Indian weddings would come down to just fifty people? Have you ever thought the first sight you have of you holiday destination would not be jaw dropping but RTPCR test? Today we are living in such an uncertain world where the line “Har din aise jio jaise ki aakhri ho” has actually come true.</p>
<p>Now coming to my story, I never thought I would wake up in the morning and the first thing I would see not the birds chirping but the lifeless squares on my laptop screen. When I look back during the lockdown, a lot of students were dancing in joy as the schools were shut but little did, they know that they would be stuck in this cage for three more years. With no interaction and no sports, we all experienced a downfall. Lot of students underwent loneliness and uncertainty about the future. Online solutions had come up as a solution but it didn’t eradicate the problem. With a whole chaos going on in a student’s mind, how do you think he would concentrate on a screen? It also became a tedious task for parents with young children to educate and nurture them. A lot of students experienced eye strains and other eye related problems. Hence it wasn’t totally appealing to children as well as parents.</p>
<p>Every coin has two sides, so let’s come to the positive side. This new normal has made us all care  about our health and how “jaan hai toh Jahan hai”. It showed us the value of spending each day with the one you love and thanking them for all they have done. During the lockdown, the greatest experience would be to see the healing nature. We all saw artistic skies, less pollution, cleaner air and the wildlife living beyond its cage!</p>
<p>We were all caged inside, but we were not alone. “Strength lies in unity “and when you have your family with you , even the hardest times pass. The human race was lost in a forever marathon of work, but this pandemic made us all realize that family time can heal all scares, All over, these three years were like a roller-coaster ride of worry, uncertainty and confusion but we still found happiness and a little joy for ourselves.</p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Daily life can be busy, hectic, and at times overwhelming. We are rewarding ourselves with toxicity with too much preoccupation. Happiness is shadow-banned and people are struggling to keep themselves alive. Talking about few tips which we can follow to keep ourselves happy:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><b>Escape for a while</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">-This means taking time out from your busy schedule in rediscovering your path. Try reading good books and novels as they are ought to be people’s best friends. They altogether take you into a different world and escape from the present. One can also try watching new movies to refresh themselves.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><b>Take responsibility for your action</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">-Our potential stressors for life are primarily this. Once we let go of the things which are beyond our control. We can live a healthy life. We know it’s the toughest thing to act upon but once practiced can make us be more constructive. Accepting the fact is also another thing not to be overlooked. When we start becoming more responsible for ourselves so we can take care of others well being.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><b>Set boundaries for yourself</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">-This help us to take charge of our life. Our boundaries need to be prioritized. We need to understand the difference between needs and wants. Natural resources are scarce and one needs to use them conductively. The boundaries may not be too rigid but at least should define our set standards to be within our limits. Some of the things which one needs to restrict are social media time, talk time, TV time, and Work time.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><b>Practice mindfulness</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">-This can be your greatest achievement if you take a moment to feel gratitude for something in the present moment. It could be a thing as simple as drinking your coffee or as big as doing some herculean task. The mind needs to be still and stable to achieve this. One should practice meditation, do sunbathe or yoga to keep a balance of mind and body.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><b>Don’t take yourself too seriously</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">-We tend to think that people are having perfect life just because of Facebook posts and status. This is where we tend to overlook things. we should learn to embrace our flaws and weirdness and should not seek reassurance every time. Try to remove sources of negativity by not trying to please everyone. Once one habituates itself in not seeking comfort in seriousness can live a constructive life.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><b>Spend time with nature</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">-This could be the best stress buster for everyone. Long-term exposure to nature is an opportunity for one too deals with life’s everyday stress. Appreciating nature, taking short walks may find your serenity. Spending time near lakeside has been proven to be psychologically good for one’s well-being. Apart from that one can also try meditation which can stabilize your mind and body.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">     Our inner happiness comes from our own inner being. We should not compromise it for anybody’s sake and give ample time to find peace. The road to rediscovery can be tough but not inevitable.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">   One may not be a perfectionist and need not be the one but should always believe in yourself. Inner happiness is the one that is long-lasting and eternal.              </span></p>
